Coach Azman is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach. He is also accredited at Coach Mastery level. He established icoachKL as a boutique executive coaching practice focusing on CEOs and C-Suite executives aspiring to move up the corporate ladder.
In 2023 he was recognised by CEO Insights Asia as being among the top 10 training and coaching practices in Malaysia, Coach Azman leverages off his past CEO experiences as well as C-suite engagement at senior executive and board level.
Prior to establishing icoachKL, Azman served as Senior Partner in Korn Ferry International. He advised local corporates and multinationals on C-Suite executive & board placement as well as leadership succession & development. Prior to that, Azman served in the UEM Group Malaysia for close to 20 years, assuming various senior leadership roles
His current and past experience also extends to PLC board tenures with Costain Group Plc UK as well Takaful Malaysia Bhd.
Azman is also a Fellow and Faculty Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia, where he specializes in Board Effectiveness Assessments. He is often engaged for Senior Leadership Team strategic retreats and is an active corporate speaker on the corporate circuit covering issues leaders face today at Board and Senior Management level.
Coach Azman is also the host of popular leadership & business podcast “Cuba Cerita” which translates to “Tell Me More”. Its an English language podcast featured on Youtube & Spotify.
Azman holds a BSc from the University of Malaya, an MSc from Strathclyde University, UK as well as an MBA from the Australian National University. He is an alumni member of the Harvard Senior Management Development Program.

This 30 min keynote explores three critical shifts shaping the future of coaching—moving
from individual to systemic coaching, embracing neurodiversity, and integrating Human+AI
coaching practices. My intention is to spark reflection, share practical insights, and inspire
coaches and leaders to adapt their approaches in order to stay relevant and impactful in a
fast-changing world.
