Author of five books on Communications and Leadership, Cross-Cultural Coach and Learning Facilitator Raju Mandhyan has 20 years of experience in personal and organizational development. He has coached thousand of executives, delivered keynotes for hundreds of conferences across the Asian-Pacific region.
He is certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Mind Mapping, Appreciative Inquiry, American Management Association's Train the Trainer. He is also a Distinguished Toastmaster, Champion Speaker and the 2005-District Champion for Evaluations in the Philippines.
In 2010, he had the rare honor of presenting at the American Society of Training and Development annual conference in Chicago.
Prior to his consulting career, Raju spent two years as an Engineer, two years as a Financial Consultant and 17 years as the CEO of an International Mercantile company handling projects for clients across the Mediterranean, Europe, Latin and North Americas. He has lived and worked in India, USA and now has made Philippines' his home.

Being a teacher for 23 years as TGT Hindi,Ms.Usha Chhabra has also authored two separate series of textbooks in Hindi. She has beautifully captured small moments of life in the two books of the series of poetry bookswith an attached audio CD.Her picture book 'DUMDUM KI KURSI' won the second prize in All India Creative Writing Competition and is being published by CBT. Many of her stories also have got published in magazines India and abroad.
She has also conducted Teachers' Orientation Programmes as Hindi Expert for MCD school teachers as well as many schools across India.
She has taken workshops for children on Creative Writing, Dramatics, Self Esteem, Team work, Time Management and Leadership etc.
She has scripted for stage shows of various Annual Day Programmes of the school as well as for Natya Ballet Centre and NTPC. She wrote the script for a cultural programme in the Vishva Hindi Sammelan held in Bhopal (2015) and in Mauritius (2018).
These days she is actively involved in performance storytelling for children and has taken sessions at various places such as World Book Fair 2019,Nehru Memorial Museum and Library, National Museum, National Bal Bhawan,RajivGandhi Foundation, Kiran Nadar Museum of Art, DilliHaat (INA& Janakpuri)and various NGOs.
She had been a part of Jaipur Literature Festival Outreach Programme, Bhiwani Children Literature Festival, Kanpur Literature Festival, Katha Karnival and Katha Utsav and Gwalior Art and Literature Festival.

Manish Tiwari is an Indian Film and TV producer, director and screenwriter. He achieved initial success with tv series Saturday Suspense tackling the themes of crime and mystery revolving around each crime such as 'Lethal Tinsel', 'Kya Main Pagal Hoon?' etc. He began his career in television and then moved to feature films.
He got the opportunity from Zee tv to produce infomercials for their initiative 'Asian Sky shop'. After this, kept on delivering shows for different tv channels in different capacities.
