CATALYST USA LAUNCHES 1ST EVER VR LEADERSHIP SKILLS TRAINING FOR CORPORATE EVENTS

Experiential learning and teambuilding companies Play With a Purpose and Teambonding, collectively Licensees of Catalyst USA, have launched the Infinite Loop, the first of it’s kind VR leadership and soft skills training for large corporate groups.
During this immersive VR game teams must work together to develop their communication, problem solving and adaptability skills among others to save a gamer who has been trapped in a virtual world. Participants in the VR world must work with their teammates outside of the world to solve complex puzzles where each have necessary pieces of information.
“Soft skills have normally been taught via simulations and role plays or worse yet lecture!” says Jim Quinlan, Director of Learning for Play with a Purpose. “For the first time, our clients don’t have to put the learner in ‘almost real’ scenarios but instead can allow the learner experience to be 100% authentic!”
“This is not your grandpa’s gamification,” Quinlan said, “this is wholly next level learning.”
