Janani Liyanage

I am Janani Liyanage, Co-Founder of Business Agility Tune Up—Sri Lanka’s first Agile Leadership Coaching and Business Transformation company. With over 18 years of experience as a technologist, transformation leader, and executive coach, I have had the privilege of partnering with organizations across industries to build leadership capability, nurture cohesive teams, and enable business agility.

It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my proposed keynote, “Leading Minds, Leading Systems: The 3 Shifts Every Coach Must Make,” for consideration at the World HRD Congress Awards & Conference, to be held on February 16–18, 2026 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai.

This 30 min keynote explores three critical shifts shaping the future of coaching—moving from individual to systemic coaching, embracing neurodiversity, and integrating Human+AI coaching practices. My intention is to spark reflection, share practical insights, and inspire coaches and leaders to adapt their approaches in order to stay relevant and impactful in a fast-changing world.
