Biography
Deepti Pelluri is the Head of Learning and Organisational
Development at The Commonwealth Secretariat, headquartered in
London. As an organisational psychologist, she brings in her cross
functional experience to work with c-suite executives to build high
performing teams through organisational design and development
interventions in the flow of work. Deepti also works with executives
on coaching and personal development planning through talent
management interventions. She has experience in leveraging
psychometric tools like DiSC®, CliftonStrengths®, 360 etc. to aid in
executive coaching. She constantly pushes beyond current thinking
to challenge the status quo aiding development of curiosity and
innovative thinking through her coaching style.
A passionate, results oriented people leader, Ms. Pelluri has 20 years of experience working in
global organisations as a strategic partner across domains of retail, e-commerce, and BFSI,
designing scaling solutions aligned to achievement of business outcomes. She has held roles in
various capacities including leading large business operations teams, planning, and managing P&L,
and leading pan Asia organisational development strategy. As a business operations leader she
has led research, and analytics, new product and market launches while as a people leader she
has been pivotal in redesigning people practices around performance and talent management,
succession planning and building organisational culture. Her people strategies focus on enabling
and empowering business leaders to ‘walk the talk’ through simple frameworks and structured
thinking.
