Wayne Dube is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Managing Partner at 3rd Eye Group South Africa. He holds a Technician Diploma in Information Technology from the City & Guilds London Institute, a credential that has provided him with essential technical knowledge and skills necessary for effectively navigating the ever-changing IT landscape. Wayne began his career in the IT sector, dedicating 10 years to refining his technical expertise and gaining hands-on experience. Throughout this period, he developed a comprehensive understanding of information systems, network management, and technical support, laying a solid foundation for his future pursuits.
After transitioning from IT, Wayne discovered his true passion in the Corporate Training Events industry. This shift allowed him to engage in training and public speaking, where he could interact with diverse audiences and share his insights. He has facilitated numerous training sessions focused on customer service and sales management, equipping participants with vital skills to excel in these areas. His training programs prioritize practical application and interactive learning, enabling participants to enhance their abilities and improve their performance in their respective roles.

In addition to his role at 3rd Eye Group, Wayne is also the founder of Telesphoreo Consulting, a burgeoning consulting firm dedicated to providing expert guidance and solutions for businesses aiming to optimize their operations. Through this venture, Wayne draws on his extensive experience in training and business development to assist organizations in overcoming challenges and achieving their objectives.
