Vijoy Basu is an experienced Data & AI Technology leader with 26+ years of global cross-business experience in leading digital transformation, AI initiatives and large-scale programs. Vijoy is passionate about “Bringing Data to Life” by creating actionable insights that predict and optimise business outcomes. He has delivered multi million dollar business impact that transformed data at scale into intelligence. Vijoy leads the global enterprise data and AI IT team at Firstsource where his role involves “empowering people who power the business with decision intelligence”. Vijoy has earlier worked at GE for 16+ years and is a graduate of GE’s Leadership Program. Vijoy is a regular speaker at leading conferences and has spoken at IIT and IIM’s also. Vijoy is the recipient of DATAIQ100, CIO 100 Leader awards and has also been awarded multiple CEO and CIO awards in his career.
