Currently working as Head HR at Malabar Gold & Diamonds. He started his career with Reliance Communications and from last 14+ years he is associated with Malabar Gold & Diamonds in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering high-performance cultures, and driving organizational growth.
Experienced in leading comprehensive HR functions, including organizational design, talent management and HR digital transformation. Collaborated with top consulting firms like KPMG, EY, Deloitte which resulted in enhanced operational efficiencies in the organization.
