With over 20 years of diverse experience, Vidyashree Rai is a seasoned People and Culture(HR) professional and a dedicated Mental Health and DEIB Advocate. Leading the People & Culture team at Puretech Digital, Vidyashree is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Her expertise spans across DEIB, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Talent development, and Mental Well-being initiatives.

Choosing a non-traditional path, Vidyashree has excelled in her field through real-time experiences rather than pursuing an MBA. Her hands-on approach and practical knowledge have been instrumental in her success. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Linguistics and is a Certified Expressive Arts Therapist.

As a mother, Vidyashree brings a unique perspective to her role, balancing professional excellence with empathy and care. Her journey of motherhood has been transformative, in shaping her career too.
