A hands-on strategist, Sekhar has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams, standing up Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and leading enterprise-wide AI and data initiatives. He is at the forefront of AI adoption, GenAI, MLOps, and LLMOps, ensuring that data quality - not just quantity - becomes the foundation of AI-driven decision-making.

Prior to Broadridge, he held leadership roles at Microsoft, Zen3, and Schneider Electric, where he delivered game changing AI and data platforms, engineered cloud-first architectures, and revolutionized data analytics ecosystems. A sought-after thought leader in AI, Sekhar actively shapes the future of AI and data strategy in global forums, advocating for responsible AI, data governance, and ethical AI frameworks.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Andhra University and has completed advanced certifications in Blockchain Technology (IIIT Hyderabad) and Strategic Business Mindset (ISB Hyderabad).
