Sar Kinal

Mr. Sar Kinal is the Managing Director of Aplus Consulting Co., Ltd. Joining the company for almost a decade, since January 2011, Mr. Kinal has always proven his outstanding capability in leading Aplus toward a sustainable financial growth and setting up the platform where jobs have been given to thousands of people in Cambodia. Under his leadership, with more than 1,400 active employ ees currently providing the HR services to the clients, Aplus is arguably the leading and most reliable HR consulting, recruiting and manpower outsourcing firm in Cambodia.

Apart from his current role, for a social avocation, Mr. Kinal has also been entrusting to hold the positions in various civil-society bodies which include, but are not limited to, a Vice-President of Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA), a Vice-President of Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC), a Co-founder and Board Director of Cambo dia-Japan Association for Business and Investment (CJBI), and others to name.

Prior to joining Aplus, he was an Assistant to the Chairman of National Account ing Council (NAC) in charge of the procurement works for ADB and WB projects, granted to NAC, Mr. Kinal was also a part-time lecturer at various well-known universities in Cambodia.

Mr. Kinal holds a Master Degree of Business Administration, and a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. Beside his strong international academic background, he has also participated in various training programs and workshops abroad such as Singapore, Japan, and the US.
