Sana Rashid Siddiqui

Sana Rashid Siddiqui, Design Manager (Assistant Director) - Global Assurance Learning at EY, has built an extensive 20-year career in the learning and development industry, working with globally prominent organizations. Having worked with diverse business needs, she focuses on aligning learning materials with both learner needs and business goals, applying a learner-centric approach and using a variety of instructional tools, creating effective learning content for multiple delivery media.

In her current role, Sana is responsible for managing organizational expectations around skill development, mentoring the learning team, performing skill needs analysis and performance gap analysis, and designing impactful learning strategies. As a TRACOM-certified facilitator, she contributes immensely to EY’s global training programs and showcases her commitment to mentoring and corporate social responsibility through several global initiatives around sustainability, skill development, accessibility, DE&I, etc. Sana has also been one of the very few employees to have earned a full scholarship to attend and complete Carnegie Mellon University Simon Initiative’s Learn Lab Summer School program.

Sana has been recognized for her contributions to the learning and development field with several awards, possesses various certifications and actively shares her knowledge through articles/blogs and workshops. As a learning leader, Sana firmly believes in the concepts of universal design; evidence-based instruction and assessment; critical thinking; design thinking; agile L&D process; and diverse knowledge sharing platforms. She is a huge proponent of innovation in learning and has been responsible for spearheading AI-driven learning solutions within her team.
