Dr. Sagarika Devburman

A distinguished authority in communication dynamics, she is the founder of Beyond Communication - Reinventing the Human Connect.

With over 32 years of experience, she has significantly influenced Communication Coaching, Women's Leadership, and Training and Development within corporate environments.

An alumna and guest speaker at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Dr. Devburman has collaborated with several organizations including Steel Authority of India Ltd. (PAN India), NTPC, Doceree, SISCOL, and the Indian Society for Training and Development. Her innovative approaches have empowered entrepreneurs, senior executives, and mid-level professionals to enhance their communication skills, driving business and career advancement.

Dr. Devburman’ s multidisciplinary expertise is underscored by certifications as a Master Trainer, NLP practitioner, and Counsellor, alongside postgraduate degrees in Chemistry, Management, and Psychotherapy and Counselling. She has developed a unique Linguapsychospiritual Model of Communication, integrating language, psychology, and spirituality to offer a holistic communication framework that transcends global barriers.

As a seasoned chair of international conferences, Dr. Devburman has demonstrated visionary leadership in guiding critical dialogues.

Her pioneering work in Corporate Storytelling, has been instrumental in driving organizational change.
