Ruchi Mago

Ruchi is a passionate HR leader with a transformational mindset and profound experience of close to 20 years of experience across all facets of human resources.

She has proven expertise to lead teams across geographies and provide solutions to the business with an objective to create a “positive difference in both experience and deliverables”.

She is part of the Global HR leadership team for Orange Business Internationally. Is heading the Human resource and employee experience team for India wef June 2023. She is also the APAC diversity lead within Orange Business. Before that she has done various regional and global roles, has led multi geography teams across locations. In her previous role she was heading the Global Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services Center (SSC) team and was pivotal in building the center of excellence for talent acquisition globally

She has rich experience in Total Rewards, Talent Management, Business Partnering and Strategic HR projects for multiple countries and geographies. She has set up teams and functions from scratch, have led multiple end-to end projects from preconcept to build, run, grow and transformation phase.

Her zeal to create high-performing teams and tapping on collective intelligence has been her strength.

She has been part of top talent group for Orange Business and the Orange group and has been nominated for various prestigious talent programs at country, region, and group level.
