Headed Training function for an automobile giant & a Telecom Major in India. A scholar in Human Psychology with over 2000 days of training delivery experience in India & abroad. I have been involved in end to end training operations, starting from TNI (Training Need Identification), Solution construct, Delivery, transfer of Learning analysis & Consulting.

As the Founder of India’s leading HR Services organization Enkash, over the last 13 years I have owned and created the training solutions for some of the Top 100 companies in India. I have delivered programs on various topics like Attitude Awareness, Parenting, Leadership Behaviour, Team Building, Selling Skills, and Negotiation Skills etc, to the companies in Telecom, Auto, Steel, Cement, Consumer Durables, Media, Banks, Petroleum, Construction Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, DTH & Textile industry.
