Raman Nanda partners organisations and individuals who seek strong growth on the business front, as well as on the leadership side. He is based at Pune.

During his corporate life, Raman worked as CFO, CHRO, CMO, President and CEO, and as Country Head, in several organisations - startups, family-run and large companies like Tata’s and Murugappas. He also served on several TATA Group and MNC Boards, and Board Committees.

Over the last five years, Raman has been serving as an Educator, Executive and Business Coach, Independent Director, and as a member of Board of Advisors in various organisations. He has been teaching at institutions like IIM and Flame University, working with corporates – for Leadership and Business Growth, and also supporting non-profit organisations. He has successfully mentored and coached Business Owners and CEOs/CXOs towards greater success. He serves on the Executive Committee of Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA) and is a Charter Member of TiE Pune chapter, an organisation which fosters entrepreneurship. He is an Independent Director on the Boards of three companies-one of which is a listed entity.

Raman has been running Leadership Development Programs for Owners and for the senior and middle management in the last three years, where more than 30 organisations have nominated participants. He has delivered talks in the areas of ‘Professionalizing Family Business’, ‘Being Effective-Personally and Professionally’, ‘How to Hold Difficult Conversations’, ‘How to scale up your business in VUCA times’, ‘How to meet your numbers using the Flash approach’, and many more.

Raman completed his B. Com (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and MBA in Finance from IIM-Ahmedabad.
