Biography
With over two decades of experience as a Keynote Speaker, Facilitator and Coach, Raju Mandhyan’s mission is to empower leaders by enhancing their cross-cultural competencies and leadership presence.
Across the APAC region, he has successfully fostered an environment that values diversity, promotes understanding, and encourages effective communication across various cultural landscapes.
He has authored and published five books on communication skills and entrepreneurship. Over the years, he has spoken at HR, Learning and Development, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Hospitality, CSR and many other events.
His unique approach integrates neuroscience, positive psychology, improvisation, Systems Thinking and Authentic Influence© to tailor transformative experiences for global executives. By leveraging his unique background and multilingual abilities, including Hindi and Tagalog, he has contributed to the development of innovative strategies that drive organizational growth and personal development for thousands across the APAC region
