Meet Dr. Rajashree Purandare Vichare, VP of Global HR Consulting| Executive Leadership Board Member at Talentvalley Global, a human capital leader with a wealth of international experience across 14 countries in MENA, APAC and EU regions having dealt with 86+ nationalities in her HR journey.

With her expertise in implementing strategic HR solutions, Dr.Rajashree has a proven track record of improving business results while being cost-effective and providing value-added solutions. She has a passion for creating human-centered workplaces and advocating for diverse and inclusive work environments.

Based in Dubai, UAE, Dr.Rajashree is an accomplished Human Capital leader with over a decade year of experience in HR Digital Transformation, Talent & Organizational Development.

Rajashree’s passion for human capital expanded after she received her Master’s in human resources from MIT-SOM, was awarded the Chartered Fellow degree FCIPD UK in 2020 and honoured with a Doctorate in Human Resources and Organisational Psychology by International Business School of Scandinavia.

Rajashree’s social responsibility is to be the voice of the voiceless, which is why she uses her platform and voice to contribute to change and ensure that there is not even one lost generation without career or job opportunities. In addition to her extensive corporate background, she is also a certified International Coach from ICF and a former airforce flyer holding a C-cert from Air Wings.
