Biography
In her current role as CHRO at Intellecap and Aavishkaar Capital, both part of the
Aavishkaar Group, Priti is deeply passionate about supporting scaling businesses by
transforming talent and HR practices. She oversees all aspects of the organizations'
HR strategy, organizational development, culture, and DEIB (Diversity, Equity,
Inclusion, and Belonging).
Prior to this, Priti led Human Resources for the India and Singapore operations of
EY-Parthenon, formerly known as The Parthenon Group.
Additionally, Priti has entrepreneurial experience in the financial services industry,
where she gained invaluable insights into the importance of innovation, problem
solving, and effective risk management.
