Prameela Kalive

She holds Masters Degrees in Engineering and Business Administration and has been in the Industry for over 35 years. She has been a missile scientist with the Defense Research and Development Organization for over a decade working on multiple mission critical defense programs such as AGNI and AKAASH where she also worked under Dr. Abdul Kalam’s leadership.

She is the First Woman COO of the Indian IT Industry and has led multiple global leadership portfolios spanning across Software Deliveries, Sales & Marketing, Enterprise Presales, Strategy and Human Resources

Prameela is leading Mastek’s Gen AI led Enterprise Transformation in partnership with the CEO

To add to her versatile profile, Prameela is also an alumnus of the London School of Economics and the Indian School of Business. She was awarded the Rising CEO Award for 2015 and the ‘Woman in Tech’ Award by ISG in 2019.

Prameela is a strong advocate of Inclusive and balanced Leadership. She is also an adrenaline enthusiast and has done Scuba Diving, Sky Diving and Bungy jumping
