Her key capabilities are building collaborative work environment for Organisational transformation, design and implementing strategy to attract, retain and develop talent, fostering a culture of performance, driving Quality & ethics in business operations and to leverage technology for process automation to driving cost optimization and productivity improvement. She has worked with various levels of hierarchies in India, UK, US, Canada & Europe.

Worked at senior positions in global companies like Capgemini, Tata Communications, Microsoft and Patni Computer Systems and also led an HR Consulting enterprise EnKASH. Currently heading HR function at “Jyoti Structures Limited”, a leading EPC company in India dedicated to providing world class power transmission solutions.
