In my current role at Daimler India Commercial Pvt Ltd, I have spearheaded successful DE&I initiatives, and have been instrumental in design DEI framework, inclusion led initiatives, inclusive policy, etc. My tenure at Reliance Retail Ltd further honed my skills in DE&I, talent management, and employee engagement. Have also receive accolades such as the Best HR Initiative Award for implementing DE&I strategies across our Reliance Retail.
My approach is rooted in innovation and collaboration. I have a proven track record of conceptualizing and implementing new initiatives, such as campus connect programs and mobile-based hiring apps, to attract and retain diverse talent pools.
I am also committed to continuous learning and hold certifications in Preventing Harassment in the Workplace, Diversity and Inclusion, and Competency & Skill Building for POSH at work.
