Curious Catalyst specialises in soft skills, functional, and compliance trainings. With a rich background in both Sales & Marketing and Learning, Development, and Training, Pallavi is a seasoned expert in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and the PoSH Act. She also serves as an External member.

An empanelled trainer with NHRDN for DEIB, Pallavi is also an AI enthusiast, leveraging technology to empower Women leadership and Business communication programmes. She holds a BE in Instrumentation and an MBA in Finance from Pune University, along with professional certifications from the University of Pittsburgh, CHRMP, British Council, and Gatehouse Press, UK.
