Dr. Noel Racho

With a remarkable blend of 35 years encompassing academia, consultancy, and training across diverse organizations, Dr. Noel Racho stands as a prominent figure in the field of Organization Development. Armed with a Ph.D. from the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute (SAIDI), Dr. Racho has been instrumental in steering academic institutions, corporate entities, government, and non-government organizations towards their organizational development goals. His expertise has been sought after as a resource person and consultant by an array of esteemed institutions and organizations and various esteemed universities and colleges across the Philippines. He is a Certified International Human Resources Manager.

His demonstrated leadership in developing innovative HR strategies earned him the HR Leadership Award for Asia at the 14th Asia’s Employer Brand Awards in Singapore, September 2023. In June 7, 2023 he was recognized as one of the Top HR Managers in the Philippines by the Employer Branding Institute. Because of his achievement, he was awarded a Legislative Scroll by the QC Local Government led by Mayor Joy Belmonte. He was celebrated as a thought leader and game-changer in the HR Academe Industry among esteemed HR Directors from across different industries in the book entitled: “The 50 HR Leaders Reimagining the Filipino Organization”. On February 15, 2024, Dr. Noel Racho was awarded as one of the “Most Iconic HR Global Leader” by the World HR Congress during the conference on “Innovation, Integration and Talent: Back to Future Strategies with AI in the Driver’s Seat”. On July, 2024 he was recognized as one of the Top HR Leader Award during the Philippines Leadership Award and Philippines Best Employer Brand Awards. Last August, 2024, Dr. Racho was awarded one of the HR Leader of the Year by the HR Excellence Awards Philippines.
