Nitin Khindria

Nitin Khindria HR professional by choice and alumni of XLRI, awarded with Most Dynamic HR professional of the year 2024, Topmost HR Leaders in North India 2023, The Great Indian CHRO Leader 2023, Top 50 CHRO 2023 and Top 20 L&D Visionary Leader 2023, started his career with Defence Accounts Department, Ministry of Defence and with his passion towards People Development after five and a half years he decided to work in core HR field and completed his formal studies in the field HR & Marketing, PR and Training and Development.

Since the initial days of his professional journey, he was involved in different aspects of Human Resource, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Digitalization, Automation, Digitalization and has taken this to elevated levels with added responsibilities in CII, FICCI, Indo Asian Fusegear Ltd, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, International Tractors Ltd, Nahar Industrial Enterprises Ltd., Balaji Action Buildwell Pvt. Ltd, Dalmia Biz and Omega Seiki Mobility.

He is certified on PPA analysis from Thomas Assessments and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt by BSI.
