Navya Vinod Varma

Navya Vinod Varma is an OD Professional specialised in HR and People Diversity Intervention (DEIJ) for Change Management and Talent and Business Sustainability with an overall 7+ years of rich experience in organisations that range from international MNCs to Indian MNCs to Indian Start-up to NGO/NPOs in various capacities.

She currently works at Compass Group India and handles People & Culture function for operations consulting DEIJ requirements PAN-India for all Key Accounts. Her primary focus is on supplier diversity for the clients on manning and vendor management as well as community development and CSR engagements through policy and process creation and revisions along with other awareness & sensitization training and events.

She was awarded "Disability Inclusion Champion" by Shri Rajesh Agarwal (IAS), Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India; at the National Knowledge Symposium on "Future of Livelihoods - 2024” for the launch of DI-verse (Disability Inclusive Universe) that she co-created together with corporate DEI leaders, accessibility experts and persons with disabilities (PwDs) to craft concrete benchmarks mindful of all 21 disabilities under the 2016 RPwD Act.

She’s a proud PRIDE ally and has created an ecosystem supportive and inclusive for people in LGBTQI+ communities. She also actively participates in creating employment and livelihood opportunities for people from other marginalized groups.

Being a DEIJ professional, she also recognises and emphasises the importance of good mental health for people from all intersectionality and has facilitated platforms through mentorship and counselling programs.
