Kavindra Pant

Mr. Kavindra Pant is the Global CHRO at Shapoorji Pallonji Energy. His career track spans more than 25 years of versatile experience in the field of Human Resources with a special focus on organizational architecture, change management, leadership development and creating a strong employer brand. This varied experience has not only provided him an exposure in managing the entire gamut of HR activities in India and overseas locations but has also provided him a platform to develop and implement HR strategies for driving organizations for achieving sustainable business growth.

More importantly Kavindra has worked in senior roles across various sectors such as Logistics, Insurance, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas and Energy industries which has not only enriched him but has also helped him to gain valuable insights into the various aspects of these businesses & the nuances of HR’s role in them. During this diverse work experience, he has thrived on challenges and applied significant people, business and change leadership skills in cross functional areas.

During his career Kavindra has also worked with semi start up organizations and has contributed significantly towards the development of effective HR systems processes and policies. Mr. Pant has worked in organizations of repute viz Mahanagar Gas Limited, HDFC Ergo General Insurance Co. Ltd., TNT India Pvt. Ltd amongst others.
