Prior to joining QualiZeal, Kalyan held distinguished global leadership roles at Cigniti, AppLabs, Virtusa, and Baan. As President of Cigniti Technologies, he spearheaded QA transformation initiatives that enabled global enterprises to embrace new and disruptive technologies and adopt change management processes seamlessly. Under Kalyan’s innovative technology stewardship, Cigniti Technologies rose to prominence as one of the world's top three quality engineering companies. As Vice President – Global Delivery at AppLabs, he led 2000-member teams across diverse geographies and industry verticals, significantly contributing to making it the world's largest independent testing services company.
