Keys areas of work have been in the space of Hi-Potential Leadership Development, Competency Modelling, Talent Assessments & Reviews, Succession Planning and Learning & Development across levels.

Currently, I manage the Learning & Talent portfolio across all four businesses (Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, Malls & Hospitality) of K Raheja. Corp.
