Gauri Das is an engineer turned HR Professional with double Masters in Human resources and Psychology. Gauri is a strategic HR leader with 17+ years of experience in crafting and aligning HR strategy with business goals.

She is certified ICF coach and also mentors students and young professionals and is associated as a mentor with various institutions including IIT Bombay. She is a passionate speaker and has graced multiple national and international forums as a keynote speaker and panellist. She is two times TEDx speaker and her TEDx talks are about creating a possibilitarian mindset and flux transcendence in HR

She is co-author of the book - the power of connections ! She is National president for WICCI future of work council

She is passionate about women empowerment and is founder of Leanin circle called Leaders Lifting Leaders.
