Edith Kayinga

Edith is a seasoned HR practitioner with over twenty years’ experience in the field of HR. Starting her career in the field of organizational development and training she manoeuvred into general human resources management. Edith’s experience spans a number of industries which include insurance, telecommunications, agriculture, media, FMCG and petroleum. Her extensive experience has given her a wide perspective on the issues around Human Resources. Her forte lies in the areas of performance management, employee experience and HR analytics.

Edith holds a master’s degree in information management from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium, a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management from the University of South Africa and a National Diploma in Huma Resources Management. Edith is a member of the Institute of People Management Zimbabwe (IPMZ), Institute of Directors Zimbabwe (IODZ) and Kadoma Economic Development Chamber - Ladies (KEDCL)
