Cecile is an accomplished and results-oriented Human Resources executive with over 29 years of experience across various industries, including Technology, Telecommunications, FMCG, Contact Centers, BPO, Hospitality, Service, and Manufacturing. She has worked in diverse regions such as Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia, and Europe.

As the founder of Tangram HR Consulting, Cecile provides innovative HR solutions and transformational coaching. Her extensive career includes leadership roles in multinational companies like Samsung Electronics, Dell Computers, Unilever, Digicel, Ooredoo Myanmar, and Stream Global Services.

Cecile holds studies in Organizational Psychology and is currently finalizing her Executive MBA at UAE Business School in Barcelona. She is certified in Transformational Coaching, Business Process Improvement, LEAN Methodology, and Business Administration, and holds a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma.

Her contributions to the field have been recognized with awards such as the Global Power Leaders in HR (2024) by White Page International, 100 Most Influential Global HR Professionals (2018) by World HRD Congress, and Asia's Top HR 50 Leaders Award (2017) by the Employer Branding Institute India and the Asian Confederation of Businesses.

Originally from Costa Rica, Cecile excels in HR strategy development, transformation and change management, learning and development, compliance and ethics management, organization development, internal communications, and employee retention.
