Bosky Arora

Bosky is an ICF-accredited Executive Coach, a Master Facilitator for Leadership Development programs, HR/OD and DEI crusader passionate about empowering professionals toward their well-being and unlocking potential. She has coached several leaders across industries who have benefited from her passion, including experienced students of Executive Management Programs at premium B-schools. She brings global best practices, the experience of diverse cultures and leadership styles, effective transformation techniques, and an empathetic approach as well as candid to catalyze growth.

Bosky has held various positions of responsibility at various Corporations such as Group Head of Culture and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at K Raheja Corp. Previously, she held the position of HR Head at Mindspace Business Parks, Nucleus Office Parks; a portfolio company of The Blackstone Group. Her professional journey includes notable roles at esteemed organizations such as Aditya Birla Group, DHL Logistics, and Inox Leisure Ltd.

Throughout her career, she has garnered numerous external and internal accolades, including the prestigious Unconventional CHRO of the Year, Iconic Women HR Leadership Award, CEOs Global Award, Employee of the Year, Asia Pacific award at DHL Logistics. CHRO Awards for Top 100 Learning & Development Professionals, among others.

She holds a PGDBM from NMIMS, Vile Parle, Mumbai campus, a Master’s degree in Psychology from Mumbai University, and has completed a Management Development Program from Fudan University, Shanghai. Additionally, she holds certifications in various psychometric tools and is a Grade A Facilitator from NKD Consultants, UK.
