She believes in building Safe Spaces™ at work in India so that no person has to fear sexual harassment, ensuring a culture of dignity and trust.
A seasoned HR professional, Anusha has headed Human Resources for large organizations, bringing unparalleled expertise in talent strategy, organizational culture, and leadership development. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI and a degree in engineering from NIT Warangal, equipping her with a unique blend of analytical and people-centric skills.
An ICF Certified Coach, Anusha is dedicated to empowering individuals and teams to achieve their fullest potential. She extends her impact as an Independent Director, contributing strategic guidance to organizations.
