Ms. Annapurna A is a seasoned HR Thought Leader with over 25 years of expertise in HR Operations, Change Management, Leadership, L&D, and Organization Development. She has held leadership roles in diverse industries, including Aeronautics, Infrastructure, Software, and Sales & Services, working with ELGI, HAL, Essilor, Manhattan Associates, and more. Before founding Emotionalytics and Co., she was Director – HR at Inspirage India.

Annapurna holds dual Master’s degrees in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and Psychology, along with certifications in Behavioral Assessments, Emotional Intelligence, and Design Thinking. A passionate advocate for emotional literacy, she has trained over 10,000 professionals globally.

An accomplished author of Positive Psychology and a holder of three patents, she has received numerous accolades, including the Corporate Visionary Leader Award 2023, Top 20 HR Impactful Leaders 2022, and recognition in Business Today and Bloomberg.

Beyond corporate leadership, she is an active speaker, mentor, and social advocate, championing women’s empowerment and education through initiatives like the UNDP-supported rural women entrepreneurship restoration project. She previously served as Chairperson for the Women Economic Empowerment Forum at ASSOCHAM Karnataka and continues to drive impactful change.
