Anil Tyagi

Mr Anil Tyagi is the Director-Human Resources and has been associated with the Kusum Group of Companies since 2013. Anil is a well known personality of the Indian Pharmaceutical industry and holds Certification in Advanced Human Resource Management from IIM Ahmedabad, EPHRM from IIM Lucknow, MBA from IGNOU, M.A. in English Literature from Meerut University and Degree in Law, University of Pune.

He is also certified Trainer from AIMA Institute, New Delhi as well certified psychometric assessor for Thomas PPA, MBTI and FIRO-B. Anil holds over 30 years of work experience out of which he has served in the Indian Air Force for 15 years and took VRS in 2005, and since then, Anil has worked across several verticals of Human Resources with leading brands like Intas Biopharmaceuticals and Cadila Pharmaceuticals before joining Kusum.
