She is a qualified International Civil and Commercial Mediator with over 15 years of global broad-based industry experience across the Professional Services, FMCG, Retail and Financial Services sectors.
She has built a career around leveraging advanced capabilities in developing and implementing innovative employee relations strategies that are integrated with strategic business goals and objectives across several geographies. Her academic prowess, supported by qualifications from respected international institutions, and culminating in a DBA, underscores her commitment to excellence in her field.

She has a great passion for and is a proponent of strategies that create palpable value and drive a fair and ethical workplace culture, including diversity, equity and inclusion. She is an ardent future world of work advocate that actively contributes to the development of future HR professionals through thought leadership and in ancillary roles as a Lecturer and Associate Instructor for undergraduate Human Resources degree courses and executive education courses for well renowned UK institutions.
