Afeef is a dedicated hotelier and a champion of service excellence, with over 16 years of experience as an HR Generalist and Learning & Development Specialist. His career spans six countries, and he has delivered impactful speeches in over 50 countries on topics including service excellence, leadership, organizational behavior, and performance.

As a founding member and current Vice President of both the Maldives Association of HR Professionals and the Maldives Professional Speakers Association, Afeef is deeply committed to advancing the HR and professional speaking landscape in the Maldives. A passionate contributor to the community, he actively works towards the betterment of the nation.

Afeef is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Executive Education, and a graduate of the MBA Class of 2016/2017. He currently holds the role of Senior Director of Talent, Culture, and Quality Assurance at the renowned LUX* Resorts and Hotels, where he continues to lead and inspire excellence in hospitality and organizational development.
