Biography
Aditya has been working with Tata Power for a decade now and is currently Head- Corporate and Business HR, leading
Corporate HR functions; Employee Engagement, Health & Wellness, Campus & Cadre Management, Rewards &
Recognition, Policies, Processes, Employer Branding, HR Communication, and Business HR for Corporate Functions &
International JVs & Subsidiaries, based at Mumbai. He had been spearheading Learning & Leadership Development at
Tata Power, in addition to other portfolios, for around 8.5 years prior to moving into this role.
He completed a full time PGDM in HR & Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad in 2002, a PG course in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur
in 2012, an Advanced Management Program from IIM Ahmedabad in 2021, and is an alum of these three illustrious
academic institutions. He is also a qualified Intermediate Cost Accountant (ICWA), and given his professional
qualifications in HR, Marketing & Finance, he has a comprehensive understanding of business management. He completed
his schooling at Don Bosco School, New Delhi, and B.Com. (Hons.) from Sri Venkateshwara College, Delhi University.
In his career spanning over 2.7 decades, he has worked across Power, Airports & Aviation, Retail, Hospitality, Banking,
Telecom, Consulting and Advertising sectors, being part of some very reputed organisations at India and UAE namely, Tata
Power, Reliance Industries (Reliance Infocomm & Reliance Retail), GMR Group – Delhi International Airport, Standard
Chartered Bank, Landmark Group -UAE & NIS Sparta.
During the initial years of his professional journey, he worked in Business Development & Relationship Management for 5
years in the Advertising industry and thereafter he took a break to pursue a full time MBA degree, followed by a conscious shift
into the aera of Human Resources Management, focusing on People and Organisation Development.
A 'Human Relations Manager' first & always, Aditya has immense experience in Learning & Development, Capability Building,
Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organization Development, Performance Management, Employee
Engagement, Change Management, Culture Building, Campus Relations, Cadre Recruitment & Development, HR Strategy,
Policies & Processes, Talent Acquisition, Organisation Effectiveness, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Health & Wellness and
Rewards & Recognition.
He has an inborn passion for Public Speaking and is an active Extempore speaker, Debater & Compere. He is a regular
speaker at various industry and academic forums and has had the privilege to share the stage with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi
Shankar, BK Sister Shivani, and many other illustrious personalities.
He was recognized as part of an elite group of ‘Top 20 HR Influencers 2024’ and ‘HR Influencers 2023’, two years in a row,
by ETHR World (part of The Economic Times) and has also been part of its listing of ‘HR Thought Leaders 2022’. People
Business, TA PAI Institute of Management, Darwin Box and EconomicTimes.com jointly recognized him as ‘T.A. PAI Young HR
Leader 2020’. The World HRD Congress & CHRO Asia have consecutively, for 6 years in a row, been recognizing him for his
exemplary work in the area of People and Organisation Development. He was awarded ‘Exemplary HR leader’ as part of
Global HR Excellence Awards 2024, featured as part of the ‘Iconic HR Leaders of India 2024’ listing, part of ‘Top 101 Most
