Aarti Rajkomar

Ms Aarti Rajkomar is a HR professional with over 20 years of experience in managing a wide array of HR operations, strategy and administration. Her expertise spans numerous functions including talent acquisition and development, onboarding, policy development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, legal compliance, conflict resolution, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR Information Systems, payroll administration, corporate communication, occupational safety and health, and employee relations and collective bargaining. Her career milestones include several local and multinational companies across various public and private sectors.

As a certified Life Coach, she has coached individuals at all levels, enhancing their personal and professional growth.

In addition to her prolific career profile, she is also a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD) and previously served as the Chairperson of the HR Committee of the Board of the ‘Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie France-Maurice’, CCIFM between 2015 - 2016.

After 12 years at the Airports of Mauritius, managing human resources, she is now the HR Director of SGS&CO Mauritius since 2020 where she leads local organisational development initiatives across a global team.

She is committed to fostering inclusive and productive work environments, ensuring legal compliance, and driving continuous improvement in HR processes while focusing on holistic people development.
