Wenceslas Mtotela

Wenceslas Mtotela is a Senior Human Capital Consultant and Partner for Third Eye Africa Zimbabwe He is an Expert in Training especially Human Resources Issues. He is also a Deputy Director for Africa-Asia Youth Foundation Forum where he trains youths to become innovative leaders and develop their skills. He has trained locally and Regionally in various subjects such as Leadership and Workplace Diversity. Wency's main areas are Diversity and Inclusion. Mr Mtotela is also an International Recruiter and an Expert in Talent Placement who has managed to place various people locally and regionally in various sectors in the country. He holds Various Certificates in Leadership and Management and a Degree in Human Resources Management at Midlands States University in Zimbabwe. He has also worked for Mukuru in the HR Department before moving into full time Consultancy. Under Third Eye Africa Consulting Group he has so far trained more than 100 Companies on issues related to Leadership and his trainings are result Oriented Trainings that are proven to have improved performance and productivity to organisations.
