Vaibhav Singhal is a seasoned HR professional with experience in designing and incubating employee driven reward programs. Over the last decade and a half, Vaibhav has had an opportunity to bring to life many such initiatives in multinationals such as Deloitte Consulting, SAP and presently at PayPal. Presently, Vaibhav serves as the Director of Global Benefits and the APAC Regional Leader at PayPal, enabling the transformation towards a more inclusive and culturally sensitive benefits proposition for the world’s fintech giant. He is an advocate of employee wellness, and rallies towards building a workplace ethos where people with unique and diverse needs can thrive and grow.
