Throughout my career, I have adeptly navigated various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational culture enhancement. I take pride in my track record of assembling high-performing teams that align with organizational objectives, emphasizing the importance of employee satisfaction and engagement.

My expertise extends beyond conventional HR roles, encompassing dynamic areas such as change management and the integration of innovative technologies to streamline HR processes. I am dedicated to staying at the forefront of industry trends, ensuring that HR strategies not only comply with standards but also contribute significantly to organizational success.

I have had an amazing experience of working with organisations that are functional globally and are very well renowned. I started my career with IBM Daksh and have been fortunate to work with companies like Axis Bank, HDFC Ergo GIC, Bajaj Allianz LIC, Reliance Jio etc. I have started my journey in HR as a Talent acquisition specialist and have moved across multiple roles like HR business partner, Senior Manager -HR Ops, to now General Manager HR etc. As the General Manager Hr & Admin I am responsible for entire HR gamut of the organisation globally.

As the Head of HR, my goal is to synchronize HR initiatives with overarching business goals, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. My extensive journey in HR is characterized by a strategic mindset, adaptability to change, and an unwavering commitment to cultivating success within the workplace.

I am very proud and honoured to have received many recognitions and accolades throughout my professional journey from almost all organisation I have been associated with, Recently I have also been awarded as One of 251 Most Talented HR Leader by World HRD Congress backed by Times Group and Exceptional Women Award for 2023 by Advantage Club.

I am very Passionate in what I do and my strength to connect with people makes my job even more fascinating. I look forward to have greater achievements and many more learning in my way as I grow and take forward my career.
