Roshan Damodaran

Roshan is an accomplished HR professional with 22+ years of experience specifically in the ITES industry. In her current role, she heads HR Technology & Shared Services at Firstsource and has been instrumental in multiple global implementations of HCM, Applicant tracking systems, Assessment tool , Grievance tool etc. Additionally, she has been instrumental in offshoring and centralizing HR-shared services from onshore locations.
Around 14 years+ of her career has been spent as an HR Business Partner supporting BFS and Telecom and Media clients and has successfully integrated one of the acquisitions at Firstsource. The various other facets of her experience involve an opportunity to lead CSR for Firstsource for 3 years and contributing actively as an IC member and convener for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace .

She is an alumni of ITM, Mumbai and holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
