Nguyen An Di

Nguyen An Di is the HR Director of Vietjet Air, the Vietnam's largest and fastest-growing airlines in Vietnam and Thai VietJet Air Joint Stock Company Limited, the second largest airline in Thailand. Vietjet has been known for its innovative and customer-focused approach to aviation. AnDi's role as HR Director is to help Vietjet attract and retain top talent needed to sustain its successful growth trajectory. AnDi is responsible for learning and development, talent acquisition and retention, and creating a positive employee experience.

Nguyen An Di, currently studying research in EUI-Paris doctorate program. AnDi holds a MBA. Prior to his graduate studies, he held positions as an HR Director at VietJet Air since 2011 to present and as a HR Senior Management for many airlines in Vietnam (Jetstar Pacific Airlines, Air Mekong). From 2018 to 2022, AnDi has been seconded to set up Thai Vietjet in Thailand, the second largest airline in Thailand in 2023.

Nguyen An Di has a 30 year career in HR management. He has worked in various industries, including Aviation, Pharmaceutical, Employee Training, Technical Recruiting, Change Management, Aviation, Human Resources, and Workforce Planning. As a HR Management, he led the effort to implement a HR system that was designed to improve employee productivity, compliance with company policies, and overall workplace satisfaction.
