Neeraj Sharma

Neeraj Sharma is an experienced Human Resource professional with twenty three years of overall experience across various industries/sectors – Financial Services, IT/ITES, Pharma, Manufacturing & Education. He has spent seventeen years in so far in HR spread across multiple domains – Total Rewards, Business Partner, Talent Acquisition and HR Projects at Enterprise Level. Neeraj has worked with global companies, his expertise and varied experience had been instrumental in enhancing Employee Value Proposition keeping in view Organization goals and employee needs. Currently Neeraj is working with Synchrony as Total Rewards Leader for Asia Pacific where he is responsible for providing overall leadership, direction and management for compensation and benefits strategy, execution, guidelines and policies concerning best practices, systems, and reporting for Synchrony Asia. Prior to his current role, Neeraj was Global Head - Compensation & Benefits. Benchmarking at GSK Pharmaceuticals where he led benchmarking efforts for all countries where GSK had its operations. Prior to that role he was at General Electric as the Regional C&B Leader - India, APAC, ME and Africa at Steam Power and prior to GE, Neeraj spent more than 15 years at HCL Technologies in a variety of HR roles including being the Regional C&B Leader, India Benefits Leader and Global Compensation Leader for a Business Line. He has setup 8+ countries for Compensation & Benefits operations across Asia, ME and Europe, experienced in dealing with Unions in India, China, Japan and Europe, presented compensation proposals to the Board for Organizations listed in the Stock Exchange
