Mr. Manoj K Sharma has played a pivotal role as a Head of HR of Adani Electricity at Mumbai in integrating the business after acquisition from m/s Reliance Infra. He made an exceptional contribution in building the future ready organization during the last five years to manage electricity distribution business amidst socio-political challenges & erupted pandemic. In the face of uncertainty, he took the challenge of adoption of technological advancements and was instrumental in restructuring the organization of 10 thousand plus employees from multiple political factions catering to 3 million consumers. He is one the rare Iconic HR leaders, who are beacons of stability, fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and inclusivity. They recognize that in times of crisis, the human element is more important than ever, and they prioritize communication, connection, and collaboration as essential pillars of organizational resilience. He is currently CHRO of Adani Cement Business – ACC & Ambuja.
