Biography

Kinjal Choudhary has 28 years of experience in all aspects of Human Capital across some of the leading MNCs as well as Indian companies in FMCG, ITES, e-Commerce, Automobile, Fintech, Pharmaceuticals industries. He has worked in companies like ITC, Unilever, PepsiCo, Amazon, Volvo – Eicher, Paytm having expertise in partnering with business in strategizing & executing people processes to deliver business results. Currently, he is the Global President HR for Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

He has consulted large Indian conglomerates as well as start-up companies in Manufacturing, Mining, Retail, Medical equipment, Diagnostics in aligning HR strategy with business strategy and developing human capital. Some of the companies he has consulted include Aditya Birla Group, Kama Ayurveda, Coloplast, DFPL Group.

Kinjal has led HR teams across organizations for building speed & efficiency in delivering results for HR to enable business growth. He has focused on talent management, talent acquisition, succession planning and career management, compensation & benefits, sales incentives, retention of employees, SAP Success Factors.

He has enabled building culture of organizations to make them future-ready from talent perspective. He introduced leadership competencies in line with future leadership requirements, socialized the same and has designed & created Leadership development programs.

Kinjal has been instrumental in preparing the organization structure to be agile & efficient. He has brought in concepts of Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Planning, revamping performance management system, mentoring process which have all made distinctive changes in the culture of the organization which needed a lot more focus on people orientation.

Kinjal has extensive experience in workforce planning basis the skills and competencies required for the changes in industry and then planning for (i) buying, (ii) building, (iii) bouncing, (iv)boosting and (v) binding talent to make the organization future-ready.

Kinjal has done Leadership assessment and coaching for more than 200 Senior Executives across organizations through Hogan Assessments as well as DISC profiling for both evaluation of external candidates as well as internal talent potential identification and development.

Kinjal Choudhary is a Graduate in Economics (Hons.) from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, Post- Graduate in Economics from JNU, New Delhi and Masters in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
