Dr. K. Jafar Ali Ph.D is the CEO of Redefine HR Consultants (RHC), Chennai. The Mission of RHC is to Transform Individuals and Organizations.

Dr.K.Jafar Ali has four decades of rich corporate experience to his credit in the field of Human Resource Development in senior positions with renowned business conglomerates like Adithya Birla group, Hinduja group, CK Birla Group and ETA Star group.

He holds Doctorate in Human Resource Development with Post graduate degrees in Management, Psychology and Law.
