Having professional experience of 29 years & presently working as Whole Time Director on Board of Hitachi India Private Limited and CHRO & Head of Human Resource. Diversity being one of the focus areas for Hitachi, he is also Regional Lead for DE&I in India.

A Science Graduate from Allahabad University having different professional qualifications like PG Diploma in Personnel Management & IR, PG Diploma in HRD and Diploma in Management.

Has worked with Indian companies Parasrampuria Group, Murugappa Group and Japanese Multinational companies Bridgestone ACC, Denso and French MNC Socomec at Plant and corporate offices and brings a vast expertise in transformation and growth, Strategic Human Resource Planning, Leadership development, change management, skill building & Organization development. He was the founding member for establishing Hitachi's Global Shared services and also worked as Global Delivery Lead for HR.

He is working as advisor to some of the prestigious Academic colleges and conferred with a few HR awards.

He personally believes in contributing to society and creating a culture of trust and developing leaders for future.
